Christmas Gifts

Once again it’s that time of the year when almost everyone is stumped to get Christmas gifts for there loved ones. Have to admit Christmas is also that time of the year where the wallet loses its weight buying gifts and dinners etc.

Apart from financing these gifts, brainstorming for good ideas is very time consuming plus nerve wrecking. It’s a good idea to start hunting for gifts a few weeks before Christmas, so you don’t get caught in the rush and have to pick gifts just for the sake of it and regret giving them in the first place.

Getting gifts for kids under the age of 5 is the easiest. Why? Simple, Kids that age love to play. Keep in mind don’t get any complicated gifts because kids will ditch it after a few hours. If you walk into a store you will see a variety of gift items during the Christmas as stores have a lot of discount offers.

Gifts for kids above 5 years have even more variety to choose from, plus there are video games to choose from these days, you can also go for some good Game titles for the ps3 and xbox. Gifts for teenagers are limited you can also get them Video games plus have Ipod is a must see if you can get some good deals for teenagers during Christmas, on an average the cost for an Ipod will range from $ 100 - $ 175. See for the latest before picking up a unit, you don’t want to give gifts which are an old story..

Gifts for adults don’t need to be too pricy, even a simple gift can go a long way. Giving a nice Christmas themed Mug or maybe a picture of the receiver on it is good idea. A picture frame, watch, clothing accessories etc etc and the list of gifts for adults can go on and on.

I have jotted down few ideas for Christmas Gifts… Hope it helps!!
A collection of photos
Frames
Custom Mugs (Christmas Theme)
Mp3 players (Ipod)
Games (PS2, PC, Xbox etc)

Hope this Christmas all the gifts you give, will be loved.

Till next time.. Merry Christmas!! And Happy Hunting for Gifts.

Santa Claus

"Santa Claus is coming to town..."
Hearing that line you know Christmas is near by but not many people know about Santa Claus.

Saint Nicholas also known as Santa Claus of the modern age was a Bishop of Myra, (turkey) his reputation to share gifts among the poor during christmas became the model of todays Santa.

Even though Santa Claus is just a mythological character, there are quite a number of parents who still teach their children about him coming later at nights to drop their Christmas gifts. Till today the debate is carried forward whether it is right to carry forward stories to children.

Honestly speaking its fine to promote a mythological character to young children during Christmas Season to create a feeling of joy but the basic fact is being lost that this is a religious festival to celebrate the Birth of Jesus Christ and not just an occasion to share gifts.

As long as the basic spirit of Christmas is kept alive and not lost for commercial usage, its fine to let children believe in Santa Claus.

The whole concept of a man living in the North Pole with his wife Mrs. Claus, magical elves and flying reindeer's is just a fairy tale for kids but even adults like us get carried away at Christmas.
Have to admit it, the whole feeling is amazing.

keeping the Christmas Spirit alive, heres something for you!

Well, you better watch out
You better not cry
You better not pout
I'm tellin' you why
Santa Claus is comin' to town

He's makin' a list,
Checkin' it twice;
Gonna find out who's naughty or nice.
Santa Claus is comin' to town

He knows when you are sleepin'
He knows when you're awake
He knows if you've been good or bad
So be good for goodness sake

You better watch out!
You better not cry.
You better not pout, I'm tellin' you why.
Santa Claus is comin' to town.

Santa Claus is comin' to town.

Santa Claus is comin' to town.

(He knows when you are sleepin')
(He knows when you're awake)
He knows if you've been good or bad
So be good for goodness sake

You better watch out!
You better not cry.
You better not pout, I'm tellin' you why.
Santa Claus is comin' to town.

He knows when you are sleepin'
He knows when you're awake
He knows if you've been good or bad
So be good for goodness sake

Well, you better watch out!
You better not cry.
You better not pout, I'm tellin' you why.
Santa Claus is comin' to town.

Have a wonder Christmas!!!
